1. Overview

At Twisted Vinyl Co., we work hard to deliver high-quality, custom vinyl stickers made exactly to your specifications. Because each product is made to order, we have specific policies regarding refunds, replacements, and shipping timelines.

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

2. Production Time

All of our stickers are custom-printed to order. Typical production times are 2–5 business days, depending on order volume and complexity.

During peak seasons or high demand, production times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email notification once your order ships.

3. Shipping Options

We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

  • Cost: Free
  • Estimated Delivery: 3–6 business days after production

⚡ Free Overnight Shipping

Orders of 1,000 stickers or more automatically qualify for Free Overnight Shipping once production is complete. You don’t need to enter a code — this is applied automatically at checkout.

📦 Expedited Options

If you need faster delivery for smaller orders, contact our support team before placing your order to discuss available expedited options.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can also log in to your account at any time to view your order status.

If you do not receive your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@twistedvinylco.com.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Delivery delays caused by carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because all stickers are custom printed to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds due to:

  • Incorrect size, shape, material, or quantity selected.
  • Buyer’s remorse or preference changes.
  • Minor variations in color or finish within industry standards.

7. Damaged or Defective Orders

We take pride in our quality control, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos clearly showing the issue.
  • A short description of the problem.

Once verified, we’ll offer one of the following solutions:

  • Reprint of the affected stickers.
  • Partial refund or store credit at our discretion.

We may ask you to return the defective items before a replacement is processed.

8. Lost Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.
  • Wait 24–48 hours to see if it’s delivered late.
  • Contact us after this period if the package is still missing.

We’ll work with the carrier to help locate it, but Twisted Vinyl Co. is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

9. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before printing begins. Once your custom stickers enter production, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
To cancel an order quickly, email support@twistedvinylco.com as soon as possible.

10. File Uploads & Artwork Issues

If your uploaded file is corrupted, low-resolution, or incompatible, our team may reach out to request a replacement before printing. This may cause a short production delay but ensures you get the best results.

11. International Orders (Coming Soon)

Currently, we only ship within the United States, but we plan to expand internationally soon. Check back for updates or subscribe to our newsletter to be notified.
