We specialize in custom-printed vinyl stickers and related products. All items are made to order based on the specifications provided at checkout (size, shape, material, quantity, and uploaded artwork).

Because these are custom products, please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

4. Artwork & Uploads

  • You confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce the design.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your uploaded file meets our printing requirements.
  • Files must not contain offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material that you do not own.
  • Uploaded files are stored securely and used only for production purposes.
  • We reserve the right to reject any design that violates our content policy.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed in full at checkout.

We use secure payment gateways such as Stripe or PayPal to process transactions. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Custom pricing shown in our Sticker Calculator represents the total order cost for your selected size, quantity, and material.

6. Production & Turnaround

Production times typically range from 2–5 business days depending on order volume. We make every effort to meet estimated production times, but delays may occur due to:

  • Artwork or file issues.
  • Supply shortages.
  • Shipping carrier delays beyond our control.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. All orders include Free Standard Shipping, and orders of 1,000 stickers or more receive Free Overnight Shipping automatically.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
  • Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses.

8. Returns & Refunds

Because our stickers are custom-made, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or incorrect order details.
  • Color or sizing variations within industry tolerance.

However, we will gladly replace any order that arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective due to our error. If you encounter an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and layouts — is the property of Twisted Vinyl Co. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our materials without written permission.

By uploading your own artwork, you retain ownership of your design but grant us a non-exclusive license to print it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Twisted Vinyl Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or site access.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your order.
  • We make every effort to ensure our products meet high-quality standards, but small variations in color, material, or finish may occur.

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

12. Promotions & Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing, coupon codes, or loyalty discounts. These offers are time-limited and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
